We all have dreams….dreams of the life we long for….the job we work hard for….and more importantly the love that we yearn for. For so many this will all come so easy for them…but yet for so many others…there may be many obstacles along the way…..slowing down their dreams.
A Dream Job
We go to school….study hard….earn a degree….or not….because not every “dream job” requires a degree. Some are simply born with the talent…the drive…the know-how to earn a living and have the ability to work the job that they have always dreamed of…..and when that happens….that my friend is such a wonderful thing.
That “perfect Job” can sometimes take years to find…working your way through different jobs….hoping that it is “the one” that will satisfy the dreams that you have made for yourself. Only to find….that it is simply a paycheck. The advice that I will give anyone that is reading this at this very moment….. is to dig deep down inside of yourself….find what really makes you happy…that gives you joy…that simply drives you to be a better person. Because it’s there for you waiting to be ignited….to share your talents with the world. You just have to believe in yourself.
“The World is Your Oyster”…so the saying goes….but we will occasionally forget this and never search as far as our strongest desires…..but I say to you….you must keep reaching for the stars…and never stop dreaming. It’s never too late to chase your passion.
A Perfect “Connection”
We all deserve to be happy…to have someone to come home to….be that shoulder to lean on…but relationships my friend….can be just as hard to come by as that dream job….and this too is all about “timing”.
Making friends will always come easy for most people….but maybe….just maybe…that special friendship can lead to so much more. However…. you must always remember that not all relationships need to be romantic….on the contrary. A sweet friendship connection can last a lifetime….and that my friend…is one of the very best connections to have in life.
You can never have too many friends….they come in all shapes….sizes….at different times in our lives for all different kinds of reasons….they are there for us….when we need them the most….and when they need us the most. I’ve said this before……and, I will say it again…..friends are “Angels in disguise.”
Love…Or Something Like It
It’s in our DNA….meeting that special someone…..sharing life together…it’s all a part of pursuing our dreams. It happens when we least expect it. Whether we’re ready or not. But… for many….it may take years….for so many more….love will happen more than once…because what’s meant to be…will be. Then there is the love that will reconnect after years of separation…..again when it’s meant to be…it will be.
We all hold the key to someone else’s heart….when the time is right in the lives of both…well that is when the key will fit into the other one’s heart….like magic.
Never forget my friend…. those dreams…they really do take a little bit of time…..but they are all…oh….so…worth the wait. Take the time…to make the time for your dreams to become your reality……because you’re worth it.
