We all love music…right? I know that my day is never complete without having my car radio on SiriusXM or my Pandora on my iPhone. Music is a big part of my everyday life….but the Love Songs…..it’s something about a love song that will tug at your heart…..touch your soul and even stir up a memory or two….maybe three. I want to share with you some of my all-time favorite love songs. Hey, who knows….maybe they will tug at your heart…touch your soul and even stir up a memory or two…maybe three. So, sit back…grab a drink and take a listen….you will not be disappointed.
Elton John
Who doesn’t love anything, Elton John? Let’s face it…his music rocks! Here are some of my favorites.
Alive N Kicking
Alive N Kicking is a Brooklyn band, led by singers Sandy Toder and Pepe Cardona they were known mainly for their 1970 Hit single, “Tight and Tighter” which reached number seven on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. I love this song! I remember listening to this on my cassette recorder…way back in the day. I hope that you like it too!
Righteous Brothers
This song was played in one of the scenes in the movie Ghost that featured Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze.
Roberta Flack
Her music is classic and timeless. This chart-topper was written by Ewan MacColl for his future wife, making it one of the best courtship gifts in history. Roberta Flack made it famous, by adding it to her 1969 album First Take.
Madonna
Ok…I’m not really a Madonna fan at all…but this my friends…I adore. I’m sure that you will too.
Country Love Songs-Keith Whitley
There is something about a country love song. It just seems to hit the nail on the head…with the truth about each word. The late Keith Whitley is one of those artists.
Keith Urban
Be still my heart! There isn’t one single Keith Urban song that I do not like…not too mention he is easy on the eyes!
Alabama
Lonestar
Deana Carter
Brad Paisley
George Jones
The late great George Jones…this song is beautiful and sad all at the same time.
Glenn Campbell
You cannot go wrong with any of his classic hits…but this my friends is one of my favorites….enjoy.
Steve Wariner
This artist is another one of those, “Be still my heart” moments. I’ve seen him in concert twice and actually had the opportunity to meet him.
Last…But Not Least
I could really go on and on with my favorite love songs. They all have so many memories, whether happy or sad. But I must say there truly is only one song in ways that go beyond my control. So, for that reason…this one stays tucked away in my heart. I’m sure you’ll agree… it is a beautiful song.
Jefferson Starship
Don’t you just love how that special song can take you back in time? I think that this is the sole purpose of a song really. It will express your feelings…so that you will need say nothing at all.

We share a lot of similar likes musically. I have been a longtime Lonestar and Elton John fan. I do some of my best thinking and cleaning to music and have many different playlists, depending on the activity on Pandora. Love songs are usually great for writing or low energy cleaning like folding or dusting. I see a few on your list I want to check out. Thanks.
You’re welcome, Kimberlie. I agree….different music for so many different reasons. When I’m cleaning…the tunes are usually rockin’!!
I loved all of these! What a great selection of feel good songs and memories! I’m swaying to We Danced by Brad Paisley right now. 🙂
I agree with you Kendra, they are all great, “feel-good” songs! I really do appreciate you stopping by and reading my post! 🙂
You can never go wrong with Elton John! His songs are great classics. Oooh! I love Madonna! Her work throughout the years has been amazing!
